Due to the extraordinary situation, you can still reach us by phone but with limited staffing. 
 

You can still get answers to many questions in our FAQ, and you are more than welcome to contact us via e-mail or leave a voicemail if you are unable to reach us.

We strive to respond to all inquiries within 24 hours.

Also, keep in mind that you can always report bugs via the "REPORT ERROR" feature via the app, if you experience problems along the way.

If you need technical support, but call outside business hours, we always advise people to do their best to ensure that the bike is delivered to a Bycykel station or locked on the rear wheel.

We can always refund any extra bill, but it is not always possible to find an unlocked bike.
